Self service Walk-in kiosk
We have partnered with Sunmi devices to bring the self service kiosk (K1 ) experience for businesses that need to support a paper ticket dispenser for their customers. It is powered by Android and comes pre-installed with the business suite application. Setting up this device is easy - you only need to login once using your username and password. It can be used as a self-standing, desk-mounted or wall-mounted kiosk.
Handheld mobile kiosk
is 100% mobile queuing system and this handheld device (V2 ) is a living proof of that. It allows you to carry your customer service queues with you and has proved to be an effective tool in managing queues at locations where people need assistance from the staff to join the queue, including those who might have limitations in using the self service kiosk or their own device. Like K1, this also comes pre-installed with the business suite .
Kiosks powered by Android tablets
In order to bring the support for online queuing for businesses of all sizes, especially SMEs, and to also support an economic queuing infrastructure for businesses that need multiple self-service kiosks, we are working on new version of business suite that works on all major Android tablets. The improved version is expected to be released to Google Play store during Q3-2021.
Announcement display
This is an Android TV supported device which plays Ticket to desk alerts for your customers waiting within your business premises. It plays an audio alert and shows on the screen the ticket number and the service desk or counter name where the ticket will be served. Setting up this device is easy - you will need to install the business suite from Google Play store and login using your username and password.
